ANNOUNCEMENTS

ABSENTEE BIDDING  The sale will be available for online bidding through Supe-
rior Auctions. Please see more information on "click-to-bid" on page 288. If you plan
to use this service it is recommended that you register as soon as possible to prevent
any delays in being pre-approved. These steps must be completed in order to purchase
a horse(s) at the Return to the Remuda Sale.
BUYERS RAFFLE  The ranches participating in the sale are collectively donating
a custom saddle made by Jeff Smith Custom Saddlery to be raffled off immediately
following the last lot number offered in the sale. Only the buyer of a horse in the sale
will have a chance or ticket to win this custom saddle; therefore, the more horses
purchased, the greater chance you have to win. The winner must be present to win
at the time the winning ticket is drawn.
GENETIC TESTING  Included in back portion of the catalog is an explanation
of the AQHA Genetic Testing. Every effort has been made to supply known, and ac-
curate, results. If you would like to confirm the testing of any consignments please
call AQHA Office at 806-376-4811 or visit the Return to the Remuda Sale office to
review a copy of the papers.
NOMINATIONS AND ELIGIBILITIES  Every effort has been made to supply
accurate information regarding known nominations and eligibilities. It is the re-
sponsibility of the buyer to confirm any nominations and/or eligibilities with each
program prior to purchasing.
RANCHING HERITAGE PROGRAM  All of the ranches participating in the Re-
turn to the Return to the Remuda Sale (RTTR) are Ranching Heritage Breeders (RHB)
but not all RTTR consignments are eligible for the RHB Program. The RHB logo has
been placed on each consignment that is either eligible, nominated, grand fathered or
enrolled into the program. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm any nomina-
tions and/or eligibilities with AQHA prior to purchasing. A general overview of the
Ranching Heritage Program has been included in the catalog.
TRANSFER INFORMATION  Membership in AQHA must be current in order
to transfer a horse into your name. Memberships are paid annually. If you need
an AQHA membership, please call AQHA (806) 376-4811 so that your transfer
will not be held up for membership. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a normal transfer
of ownership. If you have questions regarding the status of your transfer for any
